Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is flat-rate so you know the cost ahead of time. Our flat-rate pricing does not require parts such as drives to transfer your data onto (typically around $50) or replacement parts to get your original drive operational for recovery purposes. Parts are sold at cost and are not needed for most cases.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our technicians have over two decades of combined experience among them. We engage in continuing education every day on the job and through yearly conferences as our field is constantly changing!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with customers big and small. Whether you are looking to recover some photos from the family laptop or a database from a 10-drive RAID array at your business, we can help!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask for pricing up front. If they won't give you at least a reasonable range, chances are they intend to charge you an insane amount once they receive their drive. Transparency isn't hard, so if a provider is finding it hard, it's best to look elsewhere!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask yourself what the data is worth and what the maximum you'd be willing to pay for it is. If you send it to a less-experienced provider who offers a cheaper price and that recovery attempt results in the data becoming unrecoverable, will you wish you'd spent a few extra dollars to send it to a more experienced facility?
